Online resources for doctoral researchers

Library Open Access Resources

This month, Dr Catrina Hey, Open Access and Repository Support Officer, featured in our 'What do you do?' section.

Catrina recommended researchers take a look at the Library Research Support pages on Open Access. These are a series of valuable pages, which you can visit to find out more about making your research Open Access; how to go about it, the benefits, and how to comply with funders' Open Access policies. You can also read Frequently Asked Questions on Open Access.

If you're interested in finding out more about Open Access, don't miss Moving towards an Open Access future on Thursday 26th March (12.00 - 14.00). Part of the  the Research Hive Seminar Series 2015, this session will explore the wider implications of Open Access on the nature of research and for institutions, and is ideal for doctoral researchers who would like to broaden their Open Access knowledge. You can find out more on the Research Hive Seminar webpages.
