2871Nvivo crashes when starting the program
Problem - Nvivo crashes and fails to start when launched on a university computer.
Solution - Please try the following to resolve the issue:
- Open explorer
- In the address bar type: %appdata% and hit enter
- Delete the QSR_International folder
- Try Nvivo again
